Offering modern luxury and the ultimate convenience of easy walk-in access plus a private entry point for a quick walk to the beach, this unit is ideal for families, seniors, or those with mobility concerns.
Featuring a bright, open layout with upgraded appliances, LVP flooring throughout, and a welcoming living area with a queen sleeper sofa + patio access with seating. We have two bedrooms including a master suite with king bed and a guest bedroom with two queen beds. Both are thoughtfully updated for a comfortable coastal retreat with ceiling fans, clothing storage, and smart TVs.
Step outside to our private, covered patio and enjoy conveniences such as a full sized washer/dryer, all appliances large and small, dishware, cookware and utensils, and free high speed fiber WIFI.
As part of Panama City Beach's only full-service resort, guests enjoy exclusive access to 11 swimming pools (including a 11,500 sq. ft. Polynesian-style lagoon pool with waterfalls) and 4 hot tubs, a 9-hole executive golf course, 10 lighted tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, and fitness center. And to reach the beach, grab the chairs/umbrella or toys we have available and hop on the free resort tram or step just outside our back patio to the private temporary access gate where a quick stroll has your toes in the sand.
Beyond our gates, explore a multitude of walkable dining options—from NY-style pizza to high-end seafood. We're perfectly situated between Front Beach and Middle Beach Roads, less than 5 miles from Pier Park, making it easy to enjoy the area without heavy traffic.
Important Policies:
~ Primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
~ No pets or ESA allowed.
~ No smoking or parties allowed.
~ A signed rental agreement, copy of primary guest's ID, and a $300 damage deposit hold (released upon uneventful checkout) are required prior to arrival.
~ Booking includes resort fees and up to two parking passes.
